Just download the 4.0.2 program installer and help installer from http://www.libreoffice.org/download and install both.
All your settings are imported. Unfortunately your extensions will not be imported because of the changes in path. You should take note of any extensions added so you can install them again.
If you want to avoid this problem in future updates do a Custom install and change the install path to %ProgramFiles%\LibreOffice\ with no version number.
