How to adjust the color of scrollbars

I've recently changed my KDE themes to all dark, & have trouble with how a couple of apps interpret the new scheme, LibreOffice's being among them.

In this case, the scrollbar slider's position is invisible, so I'd like to know how I might go about adjusting either its foreground or background.

You have only demonstrated one application. Can you see on your screenshot how the scrollbar is expected to look?

If the scrollbar in LibreOffice looks inconsistent with the theme, then please file a bug with all required data to reproduce, including OS/WM/LO versions, and where the theme is available.

Hello,

The theme is the source of the view. It is not a matter of interpretation by an application. Either find a method to modify the theme or choose a different theme.

This is not an LO problem.
