I'm use to using Microsoft Excel. When I want to print I'm able to select and set what pages I want to print only. How do you do that in this LibreOffice

Please be specific when asking. You wrote:

How exactly do you do that in Excel? Because there are multiple ways to do that; and depending on which method you mean, you will probably get different answers.

If you don't provide that info, you most possibly get some generic suggestion, and that might create a misconception that the way you preferred is not available in LO.

At the most simple level and like most other software, the Print dialog box in LibreOffice offers a choice where you can specify which pages you want to print, for example 3-11. Try it.
