How to print envelopes without the 2nd page

I am trying to make an envelope template as envelopes seem so difficult to make and print in Libreoffice. What is happening when I use the envelope feature is that the envelope can be made but there is always a regular page created with it. This makes printing impossible without the envelope printing by itself. It always spits out a second envelope as well. Is there any way to just print an ordinary envelope?

When you start a new document a page already exists. Then an envelope is inserted leaving this original page. All that is needed is to delete this original page after the envelope is inserted. Simply place the cursor on this original page (should only be at the top line) then hit 'Backspace' key & it will be gone. You will be left with the envelope only.
