I find it very hard to answer. Why do you think that you need an antivirus to fix java bugs? Why you think it's actually a java bug in Writer? what antivirus program, and what "program to run it" you have installed? why do you think it's the proper place to ask how to run a unspecified antivirus program?... I suspect ultimate misconception. I even could suppose that word "bug" could provoke associations with viruses, with unforeseen consequences...

when i open anew text document the letter size and aligners are far too big than i have chosen. How to fix this? i have installed the virus myself by opening a infected textfile.

You either zoomed in too much, or you accidentally managed to save a document with those settings as the default template. Please upload a picture of your problem. You can upload files at free hosting sites like www.mediafire.com - or any other as long as that doesn't force people to register to download files there. (_You_ will have to register anyway).

i opened a infected text file with those settings and now every new text document is with those settings. If i put the letter size setting to the smallest it is still far too big

Quite certainly a large font size is not caused by a "virus" infection at all but you somehow managed to screw your font size settings or something else.

Try the zoom settings in the right hand bottom corner of the window, set it to 100 % and report back to us.
