Vlookup including Cell Format?

I wanted to do vlookup to get values with Font color of respective values or complete cell formatting. is it possible ?

NEVER use formats/styles/attributes to code for relevant information. Basically use dedicated columns for data. Then you can overlay styles by Conditional Formatting, e.g. to help humans to catch the information at a glance. Calc isn't human.
To restructure sheets in the above suggested way, you may use (intermediary) custom functions. If interested, please come back. I then can point you to some tools. (@JohnSUN , of course, also can.)

No, it's impossible. The result of the formula will be a number (date) or a text. Only. Not format.

Something like this can be done with conditional formatting or with a macro, but it's too time-consuming and not worth the effort. Forget about this idea.
