I wanted to do vlookup to get values with Font color of respective values or complete cell formatting. is it possible ?
NEVER use formats/styles/attributes to code for relevant information. Basically use dedicated columns for data. Then you can overlay styles by Conditional Formatting, e.g. to help humans to catch the information at a glance. Calc isn’t human.

No, it’s impossible. The result of the formula will be a number (date) or a text. Only. Not format.
Something like this can be done with conditional formatting or with a macro, but it’s too time-consuming and not worth the effort. Forget about this idea.
