The Edit>Find and Edit>Find-and-Replace functions seem only to work on the tab or page which is in view. Is there a way to search every tab or page in a spreadsheet at one go, without having to repeat the search on each tab/page? (I tried "find-all" and it seems to work no differently from "find".)

I am using version LibreOffice 5.2.4.2 on a Mac.

Thank you.

Your question is about sheets.
Please don't use the term 'tab' for the sheet. The tab is an object of its own (can be coloured e.g.).

Are you looking for the "All Sheet" checkbox? It's located under the Find field
