auto adding rows with data

Hi all
I have an eBay shop and every month i need to add variations to listings. i can download a CSV file from ebay with my listings on it.

What i need to do is add a new variation to a cell and then also add a new row with that variation in it.

I know i can use ctrl C, H, V to find and replace text in a column but im stuck as to how to auto add a new row under each listing parent cell.

any help is appreciated. i think i need to set up a macro but i wanted to see if there is an easier way that im just missing.

NOT having an e-Bay shop, this is not clear enough to me.
AND I can’t believe you need to add data under a “parent cell”.
Please add a few rows of what you need. Use the editing tool “preformatted text” to do so.
