Libreoffice opens in the wrong screen

I have two screens attached to my Linux box. Screen 2 is set as the primary screen where I expect apps to open up. This works for Firefox and Thunderbird, but Libreoffice wants to open in the secondary screen 1. Can this be controlled or is it a bug?

Ok from reading I find that if I open Libreoffice in the screen it wants to be in, then move it to the screen I want it to be in, then close LO, when I open it again it opens in the screen it was last using. So this probably solves the problem for now.

I’ve been having this issue since I started using Fedora two years ago and it’s still broken. Closing LO while on the correct monitor does not fix this, and the Put Windows extension is unable to move any LO windows.
