on spreadsheet I have 4 way arrow locked on to 1st collumn. how do I undo?
Maybe a 4-way Arrow shape.
Click on it, choose menu Format - Object - Position and Size…, uncheck Position (below Protect), and OK. Now you can move it (or press Delete).
Tested with LibreOffice 6.4.7.2 (x86); OS: Windows 6.1.
