On the download page it doesn’t offer Windows 10 OS. I had Apache Open Office on my former laptop working under Windows 7, But when I downloaded it on this new laptop with the default MS Edge and Windows 10 the page will not open in full view and cursor is “Tiny” as is the fonts. I tried to delete, uninstall and reinstall, Even modify or fix, but nothing has worked. I only need a simple write program that will open former docs and pdf with an occasional need to write a correspondence.

I’m confused: you mention that “you had Apache OpenOffice”, and then “downloaded it” - so are you talking about Apache OpenOffice?
Regarding LibreOffice - Windows 10 is listed under System requirements (linked from Download page). It should be HiDPI-aware. Please provide a screenshot of the problem.
