Yes, i have unchecked “header on”
EDIT:
All kind of headers are deleted, right, left, bottom etc.
There’s no header there on your page. The blue controls are there to help you to add one (if you decide so). The space there is page margin, and you could want to adjust top margin on Page tab (in the dialog shown on your second screenshot).
