Where does LibreOffice hide some of my saved .doc files? They seem to disappear and if I ever do find them, they wind up all over the place.
Also, how can I show the drive letter in the path, in every document?

Can you please describe a single process in detail. When do files disappear? When are you scattered? I have never heard of such a thing.
