Emergency - I just loaded 6.1.1. I brought up a word document all the text was gone, went to my computer file explorer shows some major directories, bu only an icon for all sub directories. Click on a desktop icon, the name of the icon disappear along with the name of all the icons below it. How do I rollback 6.1.1 and fix all the major changes to my computers Windows 10 OS ?
I had a different problem after updating to 6.1.1 and my Windows 10 system had created a restore point prior to the installation. You can check to see if you have a restore point before the new update was installed.
