In Calc, how can you have seperate horizontal scroll bars when window is split horizontally?

To do this, Calc had to display two rows of columns headers (so that the user could see what part of the table he is currently viewing). You can get the same thing by using the Window - New Window command and aligning both windows on the screen in the desired way
