Multiple Layer Checkboxes

Hi,

In LibreWriter I want to create a multiple leveled checkbox. The default checkbox is thicked when activated and empty when not activated. I want to have an empty checkbox, when clicked on it it would be thicked, and when clicked on again it would have a cross mark “x” on it. Then it would turn empty when clicked on once again.

e.g. ☐ → click on → → click on → ☒ → click on → ☐

Is it possible to create something like this?

It does not work with a cross. In Writer you can turn on the “triple status” for this control. The states are then: empty checkmark, gray checkmark, black checkmark. You should decide if this is sufficient for you.
