I want to make a line chart that shows value percentage wise but I can’t find an option to do so.
If I try to do it with Stack series > Percent - It adds them up and shows the percent based on that which I don’t want to do.

Not sure that I fully understand what you are trying to do. Are the numbers you want to plot already calculated as percentages or are they decimal fractions (0.25 instead of 25%)? It might be simpler and more straightforward to calculate your percentages as part of your spreadsheet and then plot those calculated values in an x-y scatter diagram.
