On windows 10, when I look at my storage in My PC (C:) it is taking up 67.2GB of space. I don't think it should be taking up so much.

My entire Linux Mint partition and all the programs (including two different LO versions) & samples I have created don't use that much space. Got to be something other than LO using that space.

How do you arrive at this number? Can you provide a screen shot?

Very skeptical of that number.
LibreOffice x64 on my Windows 7 only takes about 550MB.
Take a look in the LibreOffice program folder and see which sub-folder is that large.
C:\Program Files\LibreOffice\

If the folder is actually that large something else is in there.

Update: Here are the sub-folder sizes in my installation.
This is the contents of the C:\Program Files\LibreOffice\folder.

Yours will be different, but it should be similar.
If you have some huge folder in here, take a look more closely at that folder.
