I don't know any direct way to conversion. You can select / copy the individual text in Draw and insert writer. Or you can export the pages in Draw as a picture and then paste them into Writer.

I got it to work this way. From a Writer document, menu Insert -> Object -> OLE Object. Select "create from file" then Search for your existing .odg Draw document by name. Select it and click Open. That should place the Draw image wherever the cursor is located in the Writer document. There might be an easier or more obvious way.

Surprising that there is not a special menu item for importing or copying objects directly from other components of LibreOffice.
