Twenty graphs???

Hi All,

My customer wants me to come up with a spreadsheet that will have a main tab with up to 20 sets of values in it. They want to produce 20 separate graphs based on these twenty sets of values. That means 21 tabs. Yikes.

Is there a way to do it with two tabs and macros?

Many thanks,

This is basic spreadsheet stuff. You can put 20 charts on one tab (correct term would be sheet) if you want - no macros necessary.

That would get really, really crowded

Not at all. There are scroll bars and plenty of rows & columns. It simply depends upon what the customer wants unless you can explain to them why their choice is detrimental.

I don’t think I originally thought this through too well.

Each graph is protected and draws its data from the first sheet. The data on the first sheet can be easily identified individually. To I will make the graph sheet ask which set of data they want and only display that data in its graphs. Easier that I first contemplated. Thank you for the tips and help.
