Using colors in a shared file. [closed]

Hi, I am using for some time now LibreOffice Calc to inform my collueges about our clients status and it's working great. My only thing is that I need to change color in every row and also the font colour every time we have a new status. My problem is that when we enable the sharing option I cannot save the sheet with any new color not even to my computer. Thanks!

It's the latest x64 version.

Right, share files have edition limitations as you can see in the window when share is enable.

But I think you can achieve it by setting a conditional format, Menu/Format/Conditional
