I cannot open program Libre Office I have using every day

I have Win 10 and Libre Office 5,4. Without any signal the program does not open when I clicked the shortcut. I was able to open it as Administrator but was not able to go on

How do you start LibreOffice? On the taskbar or on the desktop or otherwise?
Try to start LibreOffice in Windows via Start> App-LibreOffice, is that ok?
