Cell links in CALC headers and footers

My CALC spreadsheet has several 'sheets'. I use the same format of Header and Footer for each sheet when the file is printed. The first sheet has cells which hold the Issue Number and Issue Date.

How can I insert this information into the Header or Footer for each sheet automatically, by linking to the relevant cells? At the moment I have to change it manually on each sheet each time that I update and reprint the file.

There is no possible to do it (I remember it was in 123).

Maybe be you can solve the situation with Menu/Format/Print ranges/Edit/Rows to repeat.
