How can I list all the clients w/phone #s first in a calc document?

Not all clients in my calc document have phone numbers. I want to list those that do first.

Mark all columns and rows with clients, phones, etc.
From the menu, select Data>Sort ....
In the “Sorting” dialog box in the “Search criteria” tab, select “Sorting key 1” = “Phone” (it must be the column title). Select “Ascending” and OK.

Assuming row 1 in your spreadsheet is used for column headings (you don’t say or give an example):

Place the cursor in row 2 of the Phone # column and from the menu choose Data > Sort Descending.
