Hi all

I have LO version

I have a large txt file that extends horizontally well beyond the A4 or letter print format width (I didn't make this file) and I need to change the width to one page.

There seems to be a feature in a newer version of Office Writer under Format/Page under a tab named 'Sheet' that enables one to scale the content as desired. I don't have this feature and I have no way of updating the software. I need to make do with the current version of OLWriter.

How can I scale the contents of the document to be only one page-wide?

Cheers, T

It was there, on the same tab, since ~forever. It had just changed the appearance.

EDIT: of course, my answer above is about Calc. I missed the part of the question where it spoke about Writer, because, of course, the only component that allows free scaling on Sheet tab of Page dialog was and still (even in in-development version!) is Calc. There was never such an option in Writer.

Hi Mike I think the question is about writer not calc.
