How to preserve background cells colors or conditional colors when using filter in Pivot table?

Hi,

in LibreOffice 6.1 on Windows 7, simple example:

     A B
1: Name Class
2: Alice A
3: Bob A
4: Charlie B
  1. Mark cells A1:B4 and from menu Data | Pivot table | Create and OK button.
  2. Drag “Name” and “Class” both to “Row Fields” and OK button.
  3. New tab was created with pivot table. Select B2:B3 (cells with A letter) and select some background color like red.
  4. So far everything is fine, but now on top Class pivot table filter select A and OK button and now problem appears. Background cells color disappears. I would like background cells color to be preserved when pivot table filter is used.
  5. Second test. Undo twice (to remove filter and colors). Click on B column to select whole column.
  6. Menu Format | Conditional | Condition. Select “Cell value is” and “equal to” and type in “A” (including double quotation marks!). For “Apply Style” select “Bad” and OK button. Cells with letter A, so B2 and B3 are colored red.
  7. From top Class pivot table filter select A and OK button. Problem appears. Background conditional color disappears.
I would like to preserve background cells color when pivot table filter is used.

How to preserve background cells color or conditional color when using pivot table filters?

Also, try to select some background color, then create the pivot table. The second A disappear.

Tested with LibreOffice 6.3.6.2 (x86); OS: Windows 6.1.
