I installed LibreOffice 6.1.3 on my WIN10 Pro machine. When I start the program I only get a blank white page, nothing else.
Was this an upgrade from a previous version or a new install?
Are there any install errors in Windows event viewer or in LOs install log?
Thank you for your response. There was no problem in the event viewer or in the install log. It was a new install. I only can open Libre Office in Save Mode, not in regular mode.
If all works as expected in Safe Mode, it suggests that your profile may be corrupted.
If you have not made any customizations to your LO profile, please take a look at the options here and see if you would be willing to try any of the options discussed.
Thank you for your response. I tried the steps but still is not working. I installed the same program on my other PC and it is working fine there, the other PC is WIN10 Home, both WIN10 1809
The Safe Mode includes some options in the dialog that you should try and tell if they help or not (please be verbose when describing what works and what not: it doesn’t hurt if you repeat yourself and write something like “i tried this, and it didn’t help - I see the same white page; I tried that, and it didn’t help - the same white page; …”).
Specifically, try disabling OpenGL in the dialog, and Apply and Restart.
Thank you for your response, Mike. I tried all the steps and nothing helped. I also installed OpenOffice to see if I have the same problems and that is working without a problem.
I don’t know if it is connected or not, but the 6.1.3 install GB-eng file has exactly the same size as that for 6.1.2. When I try to upgrade, it fails and I have to reinstall 6.1.2 to be able to use LibreOffice again.
