How to remove persistant border line in LibreOffice Writer

I accidentally made a black line by typing too many ____ in a row. I didn’t worry too much about it at the time (I was trying to visually mark where to come back to in the document). Now I am trying to erase them. They are appearing at the bottom of the page on all the pages past the point where I originally generated the line. I already removed the “Apply Border” from the options in Autocorrect, but the larger issue seems to be that I can’t reset the User-defined LIne Arrangement preset to being no border. (to find this, Select Format->Paragraph->Border (tab) and then Line Arrangement). If I select a page, and have it set no border, the border moves somewhere else in the paragraph other than the bottom of the page, and when I go there and erase it, the line appears at the bottom of the page, and the preset is again showing a bottom line. It doesn’t work if I select the entire document and then select No border. I am trying to get the default in the LIne Arrangement to be No Border. Help please!

Yes, this line is a bit difficult to get away. When marking the upper and lower line must be injected. This means that you have to position the cursor in the second line below and mark it up to the second line above. Then press the Remove key.
