Says I do not have enough disk space on the disk I'm not installing to

Whenever I try to install, it gives me an error message that I do not have enough disk space on drive C. This is true, I only have 500 MB free on C. But I’m trying to install everything on drive E, which has 900 GB free. It still won’t let me continue though, despite selecting a drive with ample space.

During the installation you have to choose Custom (not Typical), then you can choose the drive you want to install on, but I think it’s very problematic to do it on a system where the main drive is “C:” only still has 500MB.

Which is not a problem of LibreOffice but of Windows in case it wants to install an upgrade or roll one back…
