Running Libre Office 6 on Linux Mint 18. If I try to create a new Database all goes well until I click on tables. If I open an existing database, these are sample base files, I can open the file but when I click on tables, Base just closes.
I have Java jre 1.8 seltected in the advanced options, which I understand is required for the use of tables in base.
Other parts of Libre office seem to work OK.
Check if that isn’t tdf#108619.
