Extremely slow dialogs

Win7/64 @ 4.4Ghz, 8GB Ram, latest AMD drivers.

Libreoffice 6.1.4 & 6.07

Program is working fine but some dialogs (“Edit Style” for example) take 4-5 mins to open and display!

Tried safe mode, disabled Java/OpenGL, removed profile. Nothing fixes this problem.

I’m affected as well, on Win 10 Pro/64-bit. Tried 6.2 release as well as 6.3 beta. Editing styles is near impossible now.
