Can't install versions after 6.1.2

Following version 6.1.2, I can no longer install new releases to my machine. If I try, the program appears to install correctly but afterwards it is not present on my machine. No shortcuts, no folders, no LibreOffice at all.

If I install version 6.1.2.1 or older, everything is fine.

Windows 7 64-bit

I have been using LibreOffice for years

Thanks @Hrbrgr. Unfortunately, I have followed all instructions but the problem remains. I can only successfully install versions before 6.1.3.

Did you download LibreOffice from here and chose the right operating system? Before you install, uninstall the existing LO. Do you have an antivirus program running that could prevent the installation? Do you have enough space on your hard drive?
