Equally spaced rows (or columns) in Calc

Hello dear community,

I am trying to resize the rows of my Calc worksheet so that they are equally spaced in the current total length. It is easy to make all rows have the same length just by giving a length in Row Height..., but then the total length varies. Amazingly I found that in LibreOffice Write there is a possibility to perform what I am trying in Calc. How can I equally space rows in Calc?

Perhaps changing the font size for default style. There is a minimum below of wich doesn't reduce the height.
