When saving a document to disk the files icon show a preview of the text written inside this document.
How do I get back the old style simmilar used by microsoft office (the W X P) so you can quick identify if this file is a writer or calc document ?

I don’t have Windows 10, but in previous versions there was a Windows Explorer “Folder Option” to always display icons, never thumbnails.
don’t find anything in this direction.
currently Workaround is to save all files in the Microsoft Office format (.docx).
there I get constant the same icon withount a preview.
But that’s not the solution I prefer
