I have tried the method described in the following answer for a similar question on the endnote site.
However, it has ended up with the error “the extension ‘endnote® cite while you write™’ does not work on this computer.”
How I rectify this?
Know nothing about this product but the Compatibility list and the link you provided both indicate this requires 32-bit LibreOffice. If you have 64-bit LO installed that is most likely the problem.
This is of course based on you using this in Windows. You don’t specify but the linked instructions are for Windows.
