Can someone please help this senior who have to give a presentation shortly and I am trying to use Impress on LO Version: 6.1.4.2 (x64), on windows 10. I do not have access to PowerPoint.

I am testing integrating video into my presentation and I am testing this with a video in .AVI.

Do I have any control over my video when presenting?
- Can I pause the video ?
- Can I adjust the volume if the audio ?
- Can I even smoothly advance to the next slide before the video finishes.

I do not see any type of toolbar to control the playing of my video inside of a Impress slide.

What file formats are supported? I would use .MP4 if I could.
Any advice you might have about using video in Impress would be greatly appreciated.
