need to print an envelope with a template

Unsure as to why you ask for a template or why you tagged the question with draw.
You can print envelopes from Writer. With an open Writer document, from the menu select `Insert->Envelope’ which presents a dialog to complete the process.
You could also just change the paper type from the menu Format-> Page then on the Page tab select the Paper Format you want.
