Is there a way to turn off the “active printer” and always use the default printer?
I print things in my office all day, and then occasionally print one or two things somewhere else in the company and then go back to printing in my office again.
Calc (and I guess all of LibreOffice and MS Office) use my most recent printer as the “active printer” for my next print job.
I don’t want this. I want my default printer to ALWAYS be my printer. If I want to print elsewhere, I’ll tell you each time. The next time I go to print, I expect my default printer to be the printer that will be used.
Is there a setting anywhere in LibreOffice that can control this? Something like a “turn off active printer” or “always use default printer” check box or setting?
Maybe a regedit job to define “active printer”=“default printer”?
