How can I add a text box within an inserted image

I inserted an image in a document and am trying to add text to it but I cannot do it. Is there any way to add Text to an inserted image?

Question in common (“a document” may be created on Writer, Draw, Impress?)

Writer: right click on image → insert caption
Draw: double click on image → insert text in the middle (if needed in Writer: copy and paste item)
Draw: special editing as “Edit Style” for drawing objects / autoforms (later on can be inserted in Writer document)
Writer: special editing as “Add Text Box” for drawing objects / autoforms

Obviously these features are “in progress” and differ slightly from earlier LO versions or ApacheOpenOffíce.
