I have been using Libre Office for 2 years and am no longer able to open it or any documents created in it.
My operating system is Windows 10 and Libre Office Version on my laptop is version 5.4. Also, I tried downloading Libre Office again, but none of the links worked. On 01/30/2019, I clicked on Windows 10 update assistance. I don’t think it has been possible to use Libre Office since then.
People are here to help - but with no information there cannot be any help. Please provide information about your operating system, libreoffice version, last actions you took, any error messages, updates on your os etc. Otherwise this will be an unanswered question.

On 01/30/2019, I clicked on Windows 10 update assistance. I don’t think it has been possible to use Libre Office since then.
Finally, I was able to use a link to update the version when opening the window to uninstall the program.
After doing so, I am now able to open documents created in Libre Office Writer.
