I wish to download Libre Office. and have made a donation as requested, but i am unable to commence a download (the wizard does not start) It was not clear how to proceed once the donation was made.

@rheadford Which Operating System are you running? What is the file name that was downloaded? What errors do you get? What is the filesize?
witch browser are you using ?
