Toolbar icons are not complete

I downloaded latest 6.1.5 version, and the toolbar icons have a spidery outline and mostly no colour. I have to hover over some of them to see what they actually are. I’ve gone to Tools>Customise>Toolbars but can’t find anything that makes any changes. Any ideas on what I need to do to get the symbolic, coloured icons that I’ve always had before?

What icon theme do you use? And say us - OpenGL is enabled?

Thanks. “View” wasn’t an obvious selection to me, but all is now sorted!!
