Im using “libreoffice --convert-to bmp file.odg”, but bmp output is very low quality. Is there any way to make high quality bmp? I need twice or triple more pixels than it gives to me.

A usual advice here is “export to a vector format, like PDF, and then use dedicated tools like imagemagick to do the rest of conversion”.
