how to default format cell? eg: column D on my file? the number display as ####
i know that i can manual format this column. but how can i change the default format as number
instead of “####”?

The cells are set by default to recognize numbers. Also, the existing cell width is set as default.
If you basically, e.g. If you want to make column D wider, you can set the width manually and save the document as a template. If you then call the document template, the column is as you have pre-set it.
If numbers are displayed as ### then the column is too narrow to display the number in the selected number format. Widen the column. Either by dragging the right column border on the column header, or right click the column header and from the context menu choose Optimal Width…
