Document a "label"

Hello everyone, I would put in a document a “label” of some kind eg.: PERSONAGGIO1 and use it in my document, so that later once I have the real name of PERSONAGGIO1 I upgrade in a point and in I will automatically replace throughout the document. Does anyone know how to do it!?

Ok, I have found the solution to my problem.
I had to use the “user field” that is in Insert → Fields → Others and than tab “Variables” → “User Field”.

That’s all!!
