My MacBook Pro (Retina, 13-inch, Mid 2014) has an 2.6 GHz Intel Core i5 processor (which s a 32 bit architecture) with 8 GB of RAM, it is using iOS 10.14.4 (Mojave). What version of LibreOffice will run on my laptop? I see that the only options available to download for either 6.2.2 or 6.1.5 are for 64 bit machines.

Don’t understand why you think the i5 is 32-bit. It is 64-bit. You cannot operate a 64-bit anything (like your stated iOS) on a 32-bit processor. All specs I see show this is 64-bit.
