I was watching a youtube video on using the function editor in the writer. On the video they used the key combination Alt IOF to switch to the function editor. I tried that on my Mac using the option key in place of the Alt key. That did not bring up the function editor but displayed an odd looking IOF. After doing that the delete key does not work in writer anymore.
It does work fine in the function editor, so I am guessing the key combination above changed something.
I have tried to figure out what, but am too much of a novice. Any help in fixing this would be greatly appreciated!
