How can I get the font toolbar indicator to display wider?

A lot of my fonts apparently have long names and the toolbar drop-down regularly only shows the first 2/3 to 1/3 of the name. (This is particularly annoying when I have variants on a font: Font_Regular.otf, Font_Ornaments_01, Font_Ornaments_02...)

I haven't been able to find any way to essentially drag the "font name" box to, say, twice its usual width--even if there's plenty of room on the toolbar.

AFAIK, it's not possible to change the size of the font box in the toolbar, but the corresponding box in the Properties panel of the side-bar is a lot wider.

BTW, if you often change fonts in your documents, consider using styles (both, paragraph and character styles) instead of direct formatting.

Ah! I'd never even noticed the sidebar. You're right, that makes it much easier.
