When attempting to open Libre Office 6 I get this error message.
This isn’t a LibreOffice specific issue and the internet is full with hints and tips to narrow down this issue. Please ask a search engine just to search for 0xc000007b and you’ll get plenty of information what might be the reason and how to resolv from 'em (Reinstallation of the software, filesystem integrity check, Video driver update, disable OpenGL in LO to name a few of them). May be mixing 32-bit and 64-bit causes the same error message, but you did not tell anything about your Windows version and the LibreOffice you installed.
